Well....let's see.....6 quirks

1. I have a weird OCD about my dishes. They must be loaded the same way each time. Also Silverware must be organized when loaded in the dishwasher , all spoons, knives, forks, plasticware and cooking utensils must be in their groups and separated. Also when I put away dishes they have a certain order as well.

2. When ever I use sippy cups for my children the tops must match the cup or I wont use them.

3. I am testy about things matching like clothes, furniture, themes etc.

4. I wont Vaccum, Take a shower or listen to really loud music if I am alone. I will not do anything that keeps me from knowing and hearing whats going on around me.

5. I love all three Pirates of the Carribean movies and have an addiction to Jack Sparrow and Will Turner.

6. I am addicted to the internet. Does anyone know if they offer IA? Internet Anonymous?

This movie is great for anyone who is married, who is getting married or who dreams of getting married. Great story! Has hysterical comedy relief and a great message. I hope you go see it and enjoy it as much as I have! It will be on my DVD shelf when it comes out!

I am exhausted! What a day and its not over yet!

I live in Georgia. Which is going through a huge gas shortage right now. Unbelievable lines of cars just to get gas. And what tempers!!! So I was patiently waiting all week to get gas so that we didnt feel like we were "Topping off" our tank. I got up really early this morning and went to get gas. I was lucky enough to be pulling up behind a car that just finished getting gas. It was awesome. So I swung in and got a full tank. There no limits on how much I could get so I got a full tank! I was so excited! You would not believe how many gas stations in my little area are closed because they have no gas! Then I had to go grocery shopping. I am trying so hard to save money so I thought really hard about how to do that with our grocery bill. I went to Publix who had the Buy one get one free sale and got some of that. Then I came home dropped off the groceries I got. I then remembered I had to pay a bill, mail some books I sold on ebay and then come back and get the rest of my grocery list ready for walmart. So while in line to get the books mailed out I got a phone call from my DH and he said that Bandit, who had dug out under the fence and came back under the fence (like the pokey little puppy) was limping. I came home to check on him to find a gash in his leg where the fence cut into his leg. So off the vet we go. I had to spend $70 for them to say shave his fur, use peroxide and antibiotic ointment on the cut and heres some meds to prevent infection. $70!!!! I could have done all that at home! GRRR! So much for saving money. Then I finally got to go to Walmart and finished up the grocery shopping. I came home and realized out of all that I only saved $10 on groceries. : ( Im heart broken. When the heck am I going to get the grocery bill down? When will we get our gas back to normal? When will the gov't get the financial crisis cleared up? You know what? I dont care right now. I would much rather the Rapture happen! Take me home lets start the happily ever after forever party!

Update: My Father in law is home and doing well. Thanks for all those who were concerned and prayed.

I actually got to sign in today. Apparently when it says "this email doesn't exist" it really means "keep typing every password you have ever used until we get it through our thick skulls that it does infact exist" See when I first signed onto blogger a few years ago, (dont look at me like that...I know Im a slacker) I did so under the old blogger so when they converted me to the new one they tell me to use my email address to sign in. I use the one THEY said to use and it tells me it doesn't exist! oh the stress! But I digress( I think thats how you spell it)

I wanted to ask for prayers for Charles' family. His dad was admitted to the hospital last night after suffering another heart attack. They believe it is mild so that sounds hopeful! All I gotta say is he needs to get better because we have a Disney World trip planned next summer and he's one of our special guides. I am not missing Disnney! I have never been so I am as eager if not more eager then our girls. ( Stop giving me that look! Its starting to affect me emotionally) So I lived a guarded life, so what! I am going to be like the mom in the Disney commerial who turns into a kid like her daughter! Yep! That will be me.

Next on my agenda is to say I AM SPOILED ROTTEN!!! Lots of reasons why yes I know. From having a great hubby to having a wonderful family and friends but to specific, I have great kids! Great, laid back , easy kids. After babysitting yesterday the truth was revealed to me! My kids are easy! The little boy I kept yesterday was very much into not listening. Starred at me while I gave instructions several times. Then just to be different instead of alot of no's, I got alot of yes's. But not the good kind. Here's an example"Don't hang on the gate, its not a toy", "YES!" See? not a good yes. I dealt with this all day long. Thank heavens its only an occasional thing. I would end up in the corner, in fetal position, sucking my thumb if I had to do that every day. So I am thankful for my children. God has blessed me so.

Okay, I am done..for now. By the way, you should give me a standing ovation..I just typed this entire blog one handed. Because Allen is in the other one and not allowing me to use my other hand today. Have a blessed day! Oh and one more thing..T.G.I. friggin' F.!!!! I am so ready for the weekend!

Happy FALL!!

Just wanted to take a moment to shout from the rooftops " HAPPY FALL ALL!" My favorite season. The weather is cooler. The bees and other stingy things go away and that in itself is wonderful enough. The leaves change color and the kids get excited about fall festivals and Halloween. Football is back! I can start to drink coffee again with out melting into a puddle of sweat. The girls will go to bed on time without saying "but the sun's still out!" I do love this season! So to my friends and family....HAPPY FALL!!!!

RIP Sam

Before I explain I must take this moment to remind you of the name of my blog "Tales of the CRAZIES" So now that I have done that I can continue on with my post.

Sam is gone :( Who is Sam you ask? Why he is our own personal pet writing spider that had taken residence on a bush in front of our porch. He was so cool to watch. The kids loved him. They even named him Sam. Charles kept begging for permission to kill him. But I said no. He wasnt hurting anyone. Sam wasn't a poisonous spider and no threat to us. Plus he ate bugs. Which in my opinion was a great reason to keep him. Each bug he ate was one less bug that would end up in our home. So I considered him my guard spider. We have a dog but all he does is destroy my kitchen night after night. Well anyways we went to church yesterday morning and Faith said "Oh no! Sam is gone!" and sure enough his crafty web was empty. I sorta missed the little guy. Sickening I know! But he became part of the family. Plus the peril that awaited us by all the bugs allowed to get close to the house was almost to much for me to handle. Well this morning I was going to take Rose to school and as I was about to walk out the door my ever observant spider searcher Faith said "Mommy SPIDER!!!" Sure enough hanging on our door way was SAM! Ok now I said I liked him. But I didnt want him to like us THAT much! I told my husband while I defended Sam and saved him from certain death that he was on the bush and not harming anyone. If he was in the house or something that would be different. Well its now different. He was hanging on my door way and I almost came eye to eye with him and not really an idea I was cozying up to . So alas I let Charles do is macho protector thing and he told Sam he was about to be conquered. Colonel Charles did it with a broom on the front porch. LOL! Sorry couldnt resist the Clue thing. I am not sure if Sam survived the swat or the swish that came after as he was swept off the porch. Only time will tell. If he shows up again we will know his true fate. I kinda miss the little pest!

Ok so just for a good laugh heres a pic of my lil Allen after the girls have once again gotten ahold of him. Rose likes to dress him up. I promised my hubby no dresses but I cant promise anything else.
